Portions
There are two different portion sizes:
A “wedding” portion or “finger slice” is a standard serving of 1” x 1” - ideal size to be served after a meal or with coffee/tea.
A “dessert” portion is a larger size of 2” x 1” - the perfect size to be served as a dessert.
At the consultation - we can work out the number of portions needed and the size of the tiers required.
All shapes and sizes can be created.
The table shows the average number of portions obtained for 1” x 1” slices - the number should be halved if you would like 2” x 1” portions.

Our taster boxes give you the opportunity to try some flavours and
to help you to narrow down your choices.
These come in 6, 8 or 10 flavours and are between £25 and £35.
